Rules and Regulations
The following are the official rules and regulations of Miss USA International USA™. & Miss International (TM)
Contestants must read and adhere to the following rules and regulations in order to participate in the program to be eligible as a
contestant: Delegates may reside in any state, enter from their birth state and or be enrolled in an University in said state as each delegate will represent a state .International delegates may reside anywhere in the world, as they will represent their heritage and their family nationality.
THIS YEAR ONLY TEN STATE DELEGATES WILL BE ACCEPTED
·Contestant must be single and between ages of 18 - 26 years for MISS
·Contestant must be of good health & moral character.
·Contestant must be single, never have been married, nor given birth to a child.
·Contestant must never have been convicted of a felony crime.
·Contestant vying for an title must have proof of their birth for the pageant
·All Contestant will be selected to participate as a delegate "at-large" there is no prior competition required.
·Contestant will be subject to a registration fee or sponsor fee.
·Contestant must never have nor will she during her reign pose for any photography, video or film associated with nudity or
pornography. Nor has she ever or is presently involved with any type of employment involving partial or full nudity.
·Any contestant and/or family member or guest showing less than sportsman like behavior will lead to the disqualification of
the contestant. No refund will be given under these circumstances.
·All decisions of judges at the national level are final and irrevocable.
·Contestant agrees to abide by all rules and regulations of the National Pageant
competitions, at no time will a male chaperone or pageant director allowed in the delegates dressing area.
·Contestant will permit Miss International ™ and their licensees the right to use contestant's photograph for publicity purposes
in connection with all Miss USA International™ competitions.
·Contestant will permit Miss USA International™ and their licensees to televise live or by use of film or videotape any portion or
all of the competition.
·Contestant understands that Miss International ™ reserves the right to change the dates & location of the Miss USA
International™ National pageant.
Contestant understands that if selected the winner of the USA competition and or International, that she will resign any title which
she may now hold and that for one year her professional affairs, as said winner, will be under the sole management of Madlin's of
California and /or their licensees and that she will not give any written or oral endorsements commercially, without the
expressed permission of said same. Contestant further acknowledges that all rights for any appearances, endorsements,
speaking engagements, acting roles, etc. resulting from winning or being a contestant in the international competition
affiliated with Miss International™ shall belong exclusively to same.
I understand and agree that all issues as to eligibility which shall be determined by Miss USA International Director,
Louise Madlin and I agree to abide by that determination both as to myself and other applicants.
By their signatures below, applicant certify that they have read and understand the rules and Regulations as set forth
above and that the applicant meets the requirements and will comply with the rules and regulations stated. Any untrue statement
or failure to comply may result in applicant's disqualification.
These rules and regulations are subject to modification, as needed, without prior notice. Pageant reserves the right to make said
modifications at its sole discretion.
